MEETING WITH

Adeline

Your passion in life?

“Acting! Exploring and transcribing my emotions. I take amateur theater lessons. And what better city than Avignon to let the actress in me express itself! Moreover, the IN and OFF Festival in July is a a must in Avignon, for the atmosphere, the folklore and the shows. Otherwise, I love hiking in the region with my dog, Owen, a tight-fisted 3-year-old English spaniel.”

Your favorite in the south of France?

“The canoe descent in the Gorges du Gardon between Collias and the Pont du Gard or in the forges of the Hérault towards Saint Guilhem-le-désert. I love recharging my batteries at the river in the summer. Always in the company of Owen!”

3 tourist experiences in the region that you particularly like?

  • Admire the lavender fields in bloom between late June and mid-August. Be careful, however, not to trample the flowers and ensure the tranquility of the foraging bees.
  • The unusual hike in the Gorges du Régalons
  • Do the bike tour in the salt marshes of aquamarines-Mortes

Your advice for our guests?

“To profit from”

Music found in your travel playlist?

“Vance Joy – Riptide, the lyrics don’t make sense but the beat and the music get me started every time I listen to it.”

Your little grain of madness?

“I love the unexpected and letting myself be guided!”

Your favorite local dish?

“It’s not a dish but a way of life. My favorite moment: the aperitif with family, friends or lovers, accompanied by Provençal tapas such as piquillos (red peppers) with brandade, caviar toast from aubergine and tapenade with a good glass of local wine.”

If you were a tourist attraction in the region...

“The Spirou park in Monteux to find or keep your child’s soul and thrills!”
